Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Cityraze: cityraze.com, ask.cityraze.com, and the Cityraze app for iPhone and Android. Cityraze is owned and operated by Odinzone Labs LLC ("we", "us"). The apps are published in the App Store and Google Play by WDS LLC on our behalf. By using Cityraze you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is in our Privacy & Cookies policy.

What Cityraze is

A travel guide with hand-picked places on a map, a trip planner, Ask (answers to trip questions) and Route (journeys across plane, train, ferry and road). Cityraze is free to use. We don't sell travel ourselves: bookings happen on our partners' sites.

Your account

• You need an account for the trip planner, Trips and Ask. One account works on the website, Ask and the app.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time: Me → Delete Account in the app, or My trips → Delete account on the website.

AI suggestions are suggestions

The trip planner, Ask and Route use AI to write answers, plans and routes. They can be wrong or out of date: opening hours, prices, timetables, fares and availability change. Check the details that matter (with the venue, operator or airline) before you rely on them. Cityraze isn't travel, legal, medical or safety advice. Visas, travel documents, insurance and your safety on a trip are your responsibility.

Bookings and partners

• Tickets, hotels and flights are booked with our partners (for example GetYourGuide and Cityraze Travel), on their sites and under their terms and prices. The contract for a booking is between you and that partner, not Cityraze.
• Some links are affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change what we recommend.
• Prices and fares shown in Cityraze are a guide; the partner's site shows the final price.

Fair use

Please don't:

• scrape or copy the guide in bulk, or use automated tools to query Ask, the planner or Route;
• get around usage limits, sign-in, or the app's integrity checks;
• use Cityraze for anything unlawful, or to harm others or the service;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

We may limit or close access for anyone who does.

Content

• The guide (our place choices, descriptions, maps and design) belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share links to it.
• Maps use OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors, through OpenFreeMap. Some photos and place details come from partners such as Foursquare and our hotel provider.
• What you create (your trips, questions and taste answers) stays yours. You let us store and process it to run Cityraze for you. A trip or chat you share by link can be opened by anyone who has the link.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cityraze running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date above.

Liability

Cityraze is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a partner does or doesn't do with your booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

The app stores

WDS LLC publishes the Cityraze app for us, so it appears as the seller in the App Store and Google Play. If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for Cityraze or for supporting it; we are.
